The Key Steps to Create Your Video

Regardless of the scale of your project, there are always three main stages in audiovisual production:

Pre-production to organize, production to capture the footage, and post-production to synchronize all elements and create the final product, ready to be broadcast.

Pre-Production

The preparation phase lays the groundwork for the upcoming shoot.

At this stage, we must finalize a quote based on your budget and project scale.

Then we enter the preparation phase for filming:

We define technical, artistic, logistical, and administrative needs, scout filming locations, obtain permits.
We can even conduct talent casting if needed.

Then, we define a schedule with you.

Finally, we work on a set of documents to ensure your project runs smoothly.

These necessary and variable steps, depending on your project, are all about preparation, reflexion, communication and anticipation.

Production

Now it’s time to create the material for your future video.

Pre-production becomes production.
We make the work done so far a reality.

A crucial moment that must be perfectly orchestrated.

Our team arrives on-site with all necessary equipment for filming.

We set up the “setup” by installing the machinery, cameras, lights and possibly props, while talents or extras go through hair and makeup if needed.

After a few tests, we begin the shooting.

We simply follow the shooting plan to capture each moment outlined in your script while adhering to the timeline and budget.

Silence! Rolling!

Post-Production

This is the culmination of preparation and filming.

The final stretch, but an essential one: synchronizing all elements to create the final product.

At this stage, we need all the elements you want to integrate.

After doing a rough cut of the images and sounds recorded during the shoot, we begin editing to give the video its desired meaning.

Post-production includes a range of possibilities and stages:
Visuals: graphic design, animation, VFX, compositing, color grading…
Audio: sound design, music, voice-over, synchronization, and sound mixing…

Then comes the final export.
Your project Is ready to be distributed..

Of course, these phases are a non-exhaustive list of possible steps to complete your project.

It depends on your request and budget.

This is why communication is key in our work.
